Hong Kong-based exercise physiologist and personal trainer, Steph Cuvelier

Hey there! I’m Steph.

I’m an exercise physiologist & personal trainer on a mission to make health and wellbeing simple and accessible for all!

I specialise in mobility training, with a focus on joint health, as well as pre and postnatal training (as a mum myself). Additionally, I have expertise in prehab and rehabilitation techniques, helping you prevent injuries and recover effectively. Drawing from my experience as a former professional athlete, I also offer sports-specific training to elevate your performance.

Transforming your lifestyle for better health doesn't have to be complicated or overwhelming.

I truly believe education and mindset are key to living a healthier life, and I’m here to support you on this journey. It’s not easy to dive into something unfamiliar, but I’ll provide simple strategies to help you build sustainable habits.

This philosophy is suitable for individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels. Instead of adopting extreme approaches, I advocate the power of small, consistent habits that can easily be integrated into your daily routine for long-term success. My goal is to assist you in creating healthier habits and implementing gradual strategies to enhance your lifestyle, all while enjoying the journey.

Let’s work together towards a healthier, happier you!
