About me

I’m Steph Cuvelier, an exercise physiologist and personal trainer, passionate about bringing a simple and accessible approach to health and wellbeing. My mission is to help you feel your best, no matter where you're starting from or what life has thrown your way.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, with roots in both Chinese and Belgian cultures, I was fortunate to grow up in a big family that embraced sport. I’ve had the great honour of representing my country in professional rugby and netball. My love for sport and movement has always been a core part of who I am, but it’s the challenges I’ve faced—both on and off the field—that have truly shaped my approach to fitness. From sports injuries like shoulder and ACL reconstructions to the transformative experience of becoming a mum, I’ve learned firsthand the importance of building resilience and taking care of our bodies through every life stage.

Small steps, big changes

I believe that health and wellbeing do not have to be overwhelming or complicated. It’s not about extreme diets or punishing workouts—it’s about making small, meaningful changes that fit into your daily routine. These changes help you move better, feel stronger, and enjoy life more fully. My goal is to guide you in building sustainable habits that last, whether you’re an athlete, a new parent, or simply someone looking to feel healthier.

Why I’m here

I’m not about quick fixes or crash courses. I’m here to help you build a healthier, more resilient body that will support you for the long haul.

Sport and fitness have changed my life for the better—they’ve given me the tools to handle real-world challenges and continually build resilience, both physically and mentally. Over the years, I’ve experienced the highs and lows of physical setbacks—from injuries to the physical changes that come with motherhood.

I know what it feels like to lose confidence in your body, but I also know the power of rebuilding that strength.

I’m here to support you through your own journey, help you regain mobility, confidence, strength, and a sense of wellbeing.
