4-6-week online programs

These structured, goal-oriented programs are tailored to specific fitness goals—whether you’re focused on mobility, bodyweight training or weighted strength training in a gym setting. With clear progressions over 4-6 weeks, these programs are great for those who prefer a little more structure and guidance.
Who it’s for:
If you’re self-motivated and want a clear, tailored plan that helps you achieve specific fitness goals, this will be your go-to. These programs are designed for people who prefer to follow a structured routine with measurable outcomes, making it easier to track progress and stay committed.
Pricing:
HKD$99/month per program.
Duration:
Programs are 4-6 weeks long, with individual workouts lasting between 30-50 minutes.
