Join Steph in this MOVE class where you will improve joint health, and learn to move the way your body is meant to with awareness and control.

This dynamic class combines mobility exercises, strength training, and flexibility exploration for a well-rounded experience. It’s not static stretching, but it will challenge your flexibility. It’s not yoga, but it may incorporate some yoga positions. It’s not stability, but it involves having core strength.
